The water quality of this water is upheld to below 10 ppm Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and is tested daily. In addition, each location is required to have water tested twice a year by an independent lab. The process consists of softening, removing Chlorine, reverse osmosis purification, ozone for stabilizing, ultraviolet disinfection, carbon filtration and an onsite bottle rinse. The maintenance of the water room is carried out on a consistent basis and is usually monthly but can be more frequent if the demand of water is higher.
